That insurance guarantees you that if the parcel is lost or damaged during the shipment, we'll send you a new product once at our own expense. We should point out that there haven´t been any such cases, but in the current unstable situation we decided to play safe and protect our customers from unforeseen situations. How props are delivered?
  • Props are delivered mainly by the EMS shipping company. Thy use combined shipments by land and air. I always insure the cargo for the full cost.

    In some cases, you can get your props delivered by your friends who travel from Russia to your country.

    After manufacturing the equipment for bubble shows is handed to the transport company. After that I cannot take responsibility for the delivery date. Usually there are no problems.
