Wedding exhibitions and bubble shows

The subject of this article is participation in wedding exhibitions. Surely, in your city there are some wedding exhibitions, so I will tell you how best to arrange your booth and what bubble show props you need to take with you.
Your booth decoration
So let's start with the booth design. It seems to me that just hanging a black background will not look very good. I have a special banner for the background with multi-colored bubbles and bright flashlights, on which my first and last name are written. Immediately, it becomes clear why I am here.
What tricks to show?
I also recommend that everyone involved in bubbles, when participating in wedding or any other exhibitions, show what you can do. Print out your business cards so that visitors can take them.
You should not be limited to just Human inside Bubble act. If a person has not approached you yet, then you need to draw his/her attention, show all your skill as a bubble show artist (The image of a bubble show artist). It is important to demonstrate your most successful tricks with soap bubbles (The order of the elements in the bubble show), and then you'll use the Human inside Bubble as well.
If we talk about my experience of participating in such exhibitions in general, the most important role in attracting the attention of the audience was played by very bright lights around my booth perimeter. They perfectly highlighted the soap bubbles. If you turn them off, the attractiveness of the booth will be lost. Therefore, pay attention to illumination.

What does the exhibition include?
The wedding exhibition in which I participated lasted 2 days from 11 am to 7 pm. On the first day I did a 10-min performance.
Props for the bubble show
I will tell you what equipment for the show we brought to the exhibition. We have a desk (Props, Desk), some wands for soap bubbles, the smoke machine (Props, Smoke machine), a fiery froth tube, the bubble generator hidden below.
There are also some lights for illumination, all sorts of different tubes, a tray for the Human inside Bubble (Props, Human inside Bubble Kit). We really need a tray for Human inside Bubble, it's a must.
We have a glowing desk (Props, Glowing Desk), but as my practice has shown, it was not necessary, you don't have to take it to the exhibition. At our wedding exhibition it was rather windy, and everything was blown off the glowing desk.
I also have all the big wands: chamomiles (Props, Chamomile Racket), bubble makers, various rings. From my experience I can tell that everything was handy to me. You can take all the props for the show that you have. You always have time to eliminate something. For example, I removed the glowing desk and the steam generator (Steam generator in a bubble show).
By all means, you need to bring carpets. Of course, you will be given some kind of a rug, but it won't last for 2 days. Therefore, we took our rubber-based carpets (Choosing a floor covering for the bubble show) and put another mat on top so that it could be replaced on the second day of the exhibition. That rug didn't even last for a day, at lunchtime we put a towel on it. My advice: stock up with rags, towels, etc.
How much detergent should you have?
I brought with me 18 liters of bubble solution to the exhibition. This was not enough. At 4 o'clock on the first day of the exhibition I almost ran out of it. We took another 18 liters, but it's not the fact that this is enough until the end of the day.
Let us dwell on the lights and the banner
Lights is an ordinary string of lights, but preferably not the one used for Christmas decorations. It should look decent. You can also need to make some illumination. Without light, everything looks much worse. We used 2 street lamps of 500W each.
The banner was printed on polyester, we sew the fabric pieces together. I liked everything, except that some stains remain on the fabric. So learn from my mistakes and don't do that. It is better to still use some banner fabric so that you can wipe it well.
